Hiya there, miss May!

I was wondering if there is a way to get ahold of "Shine On," either downloadable or buyable? I would love to listen to it, besides on YouTube :)
mark and lauren - mbrewste@med.wayne.edu
Right on...right on. Keep it going. We fell in love listening to your music, relaxing on an old bed, in an even older house. The spring time air was flowing in thru the open window next to the bed...years later, your music continues to take us to that same sweet place...every time. Thank you. Stay well.
Love Lauren and Mark

Your music is inspiring. I'm fairly new in the Grand Rapids area, but you have quickly become one of my favorite parts about Michigan. I was ecstatic when you won all the Jammy Awards at the 2008 show. :) Can't wait to see/hear you more!

Hey sister!

I was just thinking of you and missin you bad.

We're doing a "Last Call for Leopolds" show on May 24th, wondering if you want to be the headliner. Yes, it's sad the Brothers are packing up and leaving Ann Arbor. We want to send them off in style and have a night to remember.

Let me know your thoughts.

Love ya,
Mary
missy - missyhertz@yahoo.com
thank you, daisy, for your uncanny ability to see the beauty in sadness and your even greater ability to transform it into something hopeful and ultimately joyful. i am so grateful to have your music in my life. know you are supported and admired by many in chicago- we hope you come play in our city soon!

Wow! Absolutely love your music. The vocals are mesmerizing on 'Mother Moon'.
Kai Jenski - kai.jenski@gmail.com
I had the indescribable pleasure of seeing you at the Traverse Opera house for the winter solstice, and your performance was beautifully entrancing. I've been listening to your music for years, but to see you in person was an entirely different animal. I expected you to look far different than you did... I'm expecting the holder of a voice like yours to look a little... larger, and out comes this small reserved-looking woman, but let me tell you, I was not disappointed. You command the stage with a presence that's unlike many.

Your music has gotten me through many tough spots in life, so thank you again for sharing what you do obviously are passionate about.

Thank you, and can't wait to see you again
--Kai

Adequately describing Friday night's Gopherwood concert in Cadillac is about as difficult as, say, keeping a woodpecker in a cardboard box. Birds and words would soon take flight!

Wonderful songs, amazing aura.... you've opened a whole new world of music based on an honest look at everyday normal stuff. It doesnt hurt that you conjure up memories of some long ago voices like Melanie, Maria Mauldar, and early Linda Ronstadt. I love the fish song and heard you talking about a Gorillia point of view at a songwriting workshop at Hoxeyville... where can I find that one?

I have had the chance to see you and Seth a few dozen times. I can only wish the best for you in your life and career. You spread my kind of happiness. As someone who has always wanted to ride the rails, I would love to hear the stories you have from doing this sometime.

Best Wishes and don't get too famous you stop coming to Traverse City!

Sage.
Matt C. - onephilosophy@earthlink.net
So glad I stumbled upon your Fort Wayne show on 5/6/07!! I was carried aloft on your voice and charm, prodded and tickled with Seth's impressive playing and left feeling I had been in the middle of a big group hug!! Your originals were professionally stir-fried into the middle of some great covers - especially impressive was Floyd's "Fearless", a great triumph in what could have been quite a risk! I hope to see you in these parts again, and will do my best to wander up your way as well. Thanks!!
Andy - jonbau@yahoo.com
What a great show you and Andrea put on at the Brown Township Hall. You and Seth sound great together, but the way you and Andrea harmonized was amazing. Always a pleasure to sit and listen to you. REALLY looking forward to the show at the Opera House in TC.
L Heinz - dietzy3@msn.com
I had the privilege of seeing you, Daisy, at the historic Fitzgerald Theater in St. Paul, MN, during the Friday evening performance of Garrison Keillor's "Prairie Home Companion" on April 20. I have waited 20 years to finally attend a live performance and I never imagined that it would exceed my expectations due to Garrison's first annual "People in their Twenties Talent Show." What a special treat being introduced to six incredibly talented musical groups--yours being one of them! When you and Seth came out on stage, it was love at first hearing! You sang "In Love" as your first selection--I couldn't stop smiling throughout the entire song! What a fun piece of music you wrote! It is such a "feel-good-song"! What a talented duo you and Seth are! At the end of the evening's performance, you and Seth sang "Shine On" -- such an awesome lyric and very inspirational performance! Thank you, Daisy, for sharing your talent with us that evening. Good luck in your future endeavors as more and more people hear your wonderful music. Please come to Dubuque, IA, someday and perform for us! We're not that far away from Michigan! By the way, you and Seth got my vote for #1!

Loved you & Seth the SRO show in Leland recently. Possibly the sweetest show I've ever seen. Both of the latest CDs are fabulous. In particular, Mother Moon is a throat-lumper-socks-knocker-you-better-sit-down thang! Hope your friend Ryan is doing better...the power of the silence in that old building brought a tear to my eye. Made me think of my brother who's battling cancer--wish he could have been there. Can't wait to share your inspirational "Rise Up Singing" with him. Nice new site design! I saw on the Calumet Theatre site that you're appearing there mid-April. Will plan to see you there and wish you'd post this date on your website also.
